Technical Program Manager · Author · Speaker · Founder, Kunateh Impact
I lead enterprise technology and transformation programs from inside the organizations doing the work — and bring that same practitioner lens to advisory work, speaking, and writing. Whether the room is a Fortune 500 boardroom or a founder's first leadership team, my work is the same: turning intent into operating outcomes that hold after the room empties.
Abdul Kunateh is a Leadership & Enterprise Transformation Strategist, technical program manager, author, speaker, and founder of Kunateh Impact. He helps leaders and organizations improve execution through people, clarity, strategy, systems, and scale.
My work is grounded in what I've actually built and led — not theory borrowed from a seminar or a certification program. I've directed portfolios exceeding $100M+, delivered enterprise technology and cybersecurity programs across 800+ locations, and built leadership systems that turned struggling teams into high-performing cultures.
That perspective didn't come from a classroom. It came from years in the field: managing the tension between quarterly targets and the people responsible for hitting them, watching leaders burn out their teams chasing metrics without building culture, and learning — sometimes the hard way — that sustainable results come from building the people who build the organization.
That's the foundation the Five Pillars of Operational Excellence — the Kunateh Impact Framework — was built on. Not a system I discovered. The operating system I lived.
My work centers on five disciplines — each distinct, all connected.
Building leaders who build leaders. Accountability systems, decision frameworks, and the coaching cadence that makes growth stick.

AI, technology, and cybersecurity at scale. From multi-site rollouts to enterprise-wide transformations across complex portfolios.
The practice of building Kunateh Impact itself — the body of work, the writing, the advisory framing, the stage work. The same disciplines applied to client engagements, turned inward. This is what's being built in real time: positioning, narrative, voice, and the operating system behind an independent advisory practice, developed as the work itself.
One-on-one and cohort work with founders stepping into bigger rooms — translating vision into voice, rooted in a Stoic, faith-shaped operating philosophy.
Each of these threads ties to the Five Pillars of the Kunateh Impact Framework — see the framework.
Outside of business, I'm a husband, father, and mentor.
Leadership and parenting share the same core ingredients: patience, accountability, compassion, discipline, and the willingness to develop people through seasons of growth. That perspective shapes the work I do — and it's why I'm known for building cultures rooted in accountability, operational discipline, emotional intelligence, and sustainable growth. Performance and humanity aren't opposites. Across every engagement, they're the goal.
